Why Multi-Branch Matters

For growing retail businesses in East Africa, opening a second or third location is a huge milestone. However, managing inventory, standardizing pricing, and getting real-time sales reports across different stores often turns into an administrative nightmare.

Before today, shop owners had to heavily rely on WhatsApp groups, physical end-of-day ledgers, and constant phone calls to understand what was happening across their network. If stock ran out at Branch A, knowing if Branch B had it required manual intervention.

  • Inter-Branch Transfers: Securely transfer stock from a central warehouse to a retail branch, or between branches, with built-in acceptance workflows to prevent losses.
  • Branch-Level Analytics: See exactly which locations are performing best, filter sales by branch, and identify regional trends.
  • Role-Based Access Control: Assign cashiers to specific branches so they can only see the stock and sales for their physical locations.

    Multi-Branch Management is available immediately for all users on the Business** and **Enterprise plans.

    To set up your first additional branch, simply navigate to your Settings > Organization, click on "Branches," and add your new location. You can then assign inventory and staff directly to it.
